These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tyrant mobile application, related game services, and this website (collectively, the "Services") operated by Tyrant Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You do not obtain ownership of the Services, any game content, or any intellectual property rights except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms.

If you submit chat messages, feedback, or other content through the Services, you retain any rights you may have in that content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify as necessary for formatting, display, and use that content for operating, securing, improving, and enforcing the Services.
We may monitor, review, remove, or restrict content where necessary to operate the Services, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect players and our Services.
The Services may in the future include virtual items, cosmetic content, subscriptions, entitlements, or in-game currency. These digital items are licensed, not sold, to you, have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may not be transferred, traded, or exchanged outside the Services except where we expressly allow it.
If we later offer digital purchases through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, those platform billing terms will also apply to the transaction. Platform providers may handle payment processing, taxes, subscription management, and portions of the refund flow.
Where required by Apple or Google, digital goods and services offered for use in the app will be sold through the applicable platform billing system unless a specific legal or regional exception applies.
If a purchase is refunded, charged back, reversed, or disputed, we may revoke or adjust the associated virtual items, currency, subscription benefits, or account entitlements.
If we offer auto-renewing subscriptions in the future, they will renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable platform's subscription management tools. Subscription pricing, billing period, included benefits, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
If a subscription ends, access to subscription-linked benefits may end at the conclusion of the paid term unless otherwise stated.
If we later offer purchases through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, refund requests may be processed through the applicable platform and may also be subject to our customer support process, platform rules, and applicable law.
For Apple-billed purchases, users can typically request refunds from Apple using Apple's purchase support and refund tools. For Google Play purchases, Google may handle certain refund requests directly, and developers may also be responsible for refund decisions in some situations.
Except where required by law or platform policy, we do not guarantee refunds for digital items, subscriptions, virtual currency, or partially used entitlements. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Services at any time, including features, gameplay systems, virtual items, and availability of servers, with or without notice as permitted by law.
We are not required to continue making any specific feature, item, reward, or game mode available for any particular period.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or other players, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used the Services in a way that threatens security or service integrity.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Account deletion is governed by our Privacy Policy and in-app account controls.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyrant Games and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or virtual items, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tyrant Games is established, excluding conflict of law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice in the app or through other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
